Who we are

This website, kambohtechnologies.com, is operated by Kamboh Technologies (Private) Limited, a private limited company incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP CUIN 0297023, FBR NTN G813109), with its office at Plot 111, Block A1, PIA Housing Society, Johar Town, Lahore 55030, Pakistan.

We are responsible for (the “controller” of) the personal information described in this policy. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Kamboh Technologies (Private) Limited, and “you” means anyone who visits our website, contacts us or works with us.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name, email address, company name (optional), the service you are interested in and your project description.
• Ask Kamboh AI: the messages you type and any image you choose to attach. If you ask the assistant to send an inquiry to our team, it also collects the details you provide, such as your name, phone or email, company, the service you need, your timeline and a short project summary, and confirms them with you before sending.
• Email, phone and WhatsApp: the information you share when you contact us directly.
• Client account: if you create an account, your name, email address and password, and optionally your phone number and company. Your password is handled by Google Firebase Authentication; we never see or store it.
• Clients: when you hire us, contract and billing details (such as the signatory’s name and role, company details and tax numbers for invoicing) and the project materials you share with us.

Please do not send us sensitive personal information (for example health information, CNIC images, passwords or payment card details) through the website or the AI assistant. Where a service such as SECP registration or tax filing genuinely requires identity documents, we will tell you how to share them securely.

Information collected automatically

• Server and security logs: our hosting provider automatically records technical information when pages are requested, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time. This is needed to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.
• Spam and abuse protection: to limit automated abuse of the contact form and the AI assistant, our server briefly uses your IP address to count requests. These counters are held only in temporary memory and expire within about an hour.
• Analytics (only with your consent): if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, your device and browser type, your approximate location (city or country), how you arrived at our site and whether you submitted the contact form. Google Analytics does not log or store full IP addresses.
• Preferences stored in your browser: your light or dark theme choice and your cookie choice. See our Cookie Policy.

Information from other sources

If someone refers you to us, or you ask us to review your existing website, app or business, we may look at publicly available information about your business to prepare a better proposal.

How we use your information

We use personal information only for the purposes below. Where data protection laws such as the EU or UK GDPR apply to you, the table also shows the legal basis we rely on.

We do not send marketing newsletters unless you ask to receive them, and every such email will include a way to unsubscribe. We do not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you based solely on automated processing.

Ask Kamboh AI

Ask Kamboh AI is an AI assistant that answers questions about our services. To generate replies, your messages (and any image you attach) are sent from our server to Google’s Gemini API, which processes them under Google’s terms for that service.

• Your conversation is kept only in your browser while the page is open. We do not store chat transcripts in our database.
• If you ask the assistant to send an inquiry to our team, the confirmed details are saved as an inquiry and emailed to us, just like a contact form submission.
• If you ask the assistant to fill in the contact form for you, the suggested details are passed to the form through your browser’s temporary session storage and removed as soon as the form is filled. Nothing is sent until you press “Send Inquiry”.
• AI answers can be inaccurate. Our team confirms prices, timelines and every other detail before any commitment.
• Please do not share passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in the chat.

Client accounts

You can create a free client account to send project requests and follow their status.

• What we store: your name, email address, optional phone number and company, and the dates your account was created and updated. Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication, which stores your email and a securely hashed password; we never see your password.
• Email verification: we send a verification link to confirm the email address belongs to you. Once verified, your account also shows inquiries you sent earlier from the same email address through our contact form or Ask Kamboh AI.
• What you see: your requests, the service, your description and a simple status (received, in discussion, proposal sent, project started or closed). Our internal notes are never shown.
• Your control: you can update your details or delete your account at any time from the Profile section. Deleting your account permanently removes your sign-in and profile. Requests you already sent are kept as business records under the inquiry retention rule below; email us if you would like them deleted too.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of essential browser storage items (for your theme and cookie choice) and, only if you accept them, Google Analytics cookies. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Full details, including names and durations, are in our Cookie Policy.

You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page.

Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our website and business, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions:

We may also share information with our professional advisers (such as lawyers and accountants) under a duty of confidentiality, with government authorities or courts where the law requires it or to respond to a valid legal request, and with a buyer or successor if our business is ever reorganised or sold, in which case this policy will continue to protect your information.

International transfers

We are based in Pakistan, and several of our providers process data in the United States and other countries. Where data protection law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the standard contractual clauses and data processing terms offered by our providers.

How long we keep information

• Inquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can follow up on the same conversation, then deleted.
• Client records: for the duration of our relationship and afterwards for as long as company and tax laws require us to keep business and accounting records.
• Analytics data: no longer than 14 months.
• Server logs and abuse counters: for the short periods set by our hosting provider, and about an hour for request counters.
• Client accounts: until you delete your account. We may also delete accounts that have been unused for more than 3 years, after emailing you first.
• Ask Kamboh AI: chat transcripts are not stored by us. Inquiries sent through the assistant follow the inquiry rule above.

How we protect your information

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) across the whole website, store inquiries in a database that cannot be accessed directly from the internet, restrict our admin area to named team members who must sign in, and limit access to personal information to people who need it for their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly if we become aware of a security incident.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Delete your information where we no longer need it or you withdraw consent
• Object to or restrict certain uses, including any direct marketing
• Withdraw consent at any time, for example to analytics cookies
• Data portability, receiving your information in a commonly used format

To make a request, email info@kambohtechnologies.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we aim to respond within 30 days. You will not be charged for a reasonable request.

If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in Canada, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.

Laws we follow

We handle personal information in line with the laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 (as amended) and the right to privacy protected by Article 14 of the Constitution of Pakistan. Pakistan’s proposed personal data protection law has not yet been enacted; when it is, we will update this policy and our practices to comply with it. Where we serve clients or visitors in other countries, we also respect the data protection laws that apply to them, such as the EU and UK GDPR and Canada’s PIPEDA.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

Our website links to other sites, such as Google Maps, Instagram, GitHub, WhatsApp and the SECP. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, providers or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we make a significant change, we will make it clear on this page.
